Following on from the success of Coronation Street The Tour, Continuum Attractions is working with ITV to deliver a new touring visitor experience in the centre of Glasgow.
As a Duty Manager you will be supported by the General Manager on site as well as our extensive management support team based in York, how can provide you with knowledge and expertise to help you develop your area of the business.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about building a career in the Tourism industry, with a focus on guest experience. This role will offer the right candidate the opportunity to lead a small, close-knit team to deliver exceptional customer service and develop creative and innovative approaches to ensure successful commercial performance and a memorable guest experience.
The Duty Managers will support the General Manager in team leadership and development and be passionate about bringing out the best in the team.
You will have a proven track record of delivering results and will also require a sound understanding of financial procedures and practices and effective management of budgets and people.
You will create and lead focused plans to drive merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow to maximise sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for our guests

The Duty Manager is a key role, as the successful candidate will have responsibility for the offer to our visitors and the management of our guest experience team.
Your career background will be in the Leisure/Visitor Attraction industry and you will have previous managerial or supervisory experience.
